Jan Pančocha (1997) is based between Prague and Vienna, where he studies at the Die Angewandte University in the Transmediale Kunst studio of Brigitte Kowanz. As the name implies, Pančocha perceives the studio as a meeting place for various media and approaches, as well as nationalities and cultures.
His artwork takes place on two degrees: the first degree consists of working with digital technologies, in particular extended virtuality and perception, the second degree entails objects and installations, which characteristically to Pančocha’s artistic work are - metal, geometric shapes, light and, last but not least, space.

The exhibition Conquest of spaces finds itself at the crossroads of all these levels and flows continuously through time, from the past to the present to the future.
