Emotions are an independent evaluation system responding to subjectively significant stimuli. they have an important motivating and activating role in human life. Humans should develop purposefully the abilities of their perception, understanding and regulation. Especially because they affect not only the psychological but also the physical state through physiological mechanisms.

Humans are vulnerable creatures, so they cannot correctly identify their feelings and they don't know how to work with them. Because they live to a large extent at a given moment and do not have enough of experiences and insight, they are overwhelmed by the actual feelings and not seeing their way out. In addition to this, the fact that often no one talks to each other and does not have the ability to describe them. It is also important to recognize the feelings of others with empathy according to certain manifestations. Developing empathy is a difficult process, but at least elementary orientation can be achieved through the recognition of one's own feelings, work with stories and activities focused on empathy. Like the suppression of emotions, the opposite pole can be dangerous, where one can be overwhelmed by emotions and cannot control them.

One unnamed artist said, “I never created anything so strong unless she was in a certain state of depression, helplessness or hopelessness. I identified myself with this sentence and I became interested in this topic. I searched for an answers and I started talking to artists from different circles of the art about the impulses to create. I collected, mapped and analyzed the obtained data. I grasp this topic very abstractly, I did not want to limit myself to whether something has a specific shape or form. I can express myself here according to what I feel and how I personally perceive the topic. At the beginning, my goal was to analyze and eternize this psychic state in a visual form and allow to individuals to meet it in person. Since we cannot see feelings, I did not know what to seize, so I continued with the discusses about visual images. Based on the conversations, I created a performance in which I point to the unpleasantness that occurs in this state with the help of tailor-made suits and I used plastic as a negative material of the present. A covered face should immerse you in the same inner depth as in an unpleasant emotional state. In the performance I point out an infinite number of ways we can choose.

I use Performers as a tool for depicting thought processes and perceive it as information that interconnects and disconnects, and at certain moments forms systematized units of thought and returns to abstract shapes. I perceive these feelings as data that I understand as virtual information, which is assigned a certain interpretation and recorded in a certain dimension of video performance The performance was used as a part of the process and helped me to get closer to this topic. I was not interested in the way out, but in a personal meeting, thanks to which I could better understand, grasp this mental state and continue to work on it. To transfer a thinking to the third space is more or less impossible, therefore I used a lot of metaphors. Since I point out anonymity in the performance, I started working with human being as itself and transformed him into strange creatures, who transmitted information in the form of interviews. Thus, one became part of the conversation and is confronted with the sculptures and their minds. The minds of creatures are depicted in television in the form of video performance.

The creatures are connected to each other due to the same mind and, therefore, they are able to discuss the topic. In the video performance, layers are interconnected, so you can see the interconnection of multiple minds and information into a one layer, and where they find together stimulating information links that could merge as a positive indication of how to break out of negative emotional states. Thus, there are two dimensions in the overall installation. A dimension of the mind that we can listen to in headphones through a collaborative sound with Ukrainian DJ Svarog, who addresses a similar issue. So the sound remains within us and we listen to ourselves. Conversations from sculptures to the third space illustrate the nature of human behavior and thinking as a metaphor for the restlessness of man.
